Hidden Design Studio prides itself in its unique, intelligent approach to all aspects of the design for your event/exhibition. We have an experienced team of Exhibition Designers working alongside a well established team of Graphic Designers. Each team complents each other, thus producing a product that is unique to your company and achieves maximum impact at the show. Whilst we design completely bespoke stands and spaces, whether it be a shell scheme or and stand alone, we also provide an excellent graphic design team that will ensure brand continuity and recognition

BUDGET / COST MANAGEMENT
A realistic show budget is important as there are many areas that need to be considered whilst costing a show. It is not just the stand design and construction and pos material that needs to be costed, there are many other factors that need to be considere such as furniture hire, transportation, storage etc.
Our project managers will provide you with a breakdown of costs as the design process commences so that we all understand our individual budgets. It is key to have a realistic budget from the outset and then just as important to stick to it. With Hidden Design Studio, we are upfront about all costs and avoid hidden charges at all costs. No-one likes an extras bill after a show. |

EXHIBITION / EVENT SCHEME DESIGN
Taking into account the exhibition/event ethos and purpose, we will design the scheme to be of high impact with careful attention given to the exhibitors. Whilst designing the scheme spatially, we also design all point of sale material, brochures, catalogues etc. Providing the whole package enables the costs to be controlled and the design to remain consistent and in turn, a success. |

GRAPHIC DESIGN AND PRODUCTION
POS, Stand Graphics, Stand Movies/presentations, websites etcAll our design teams are
in-house, working in the same studio. This encourages a holistic approach to the design process. Providing both graphic design services and stand/scheme design means that you have consistency throughout. Whether it be from a stand banner to a small catalogue. Whilst also providing printed material, we are also able to design movies/presentations to be shown on LCD’s or project across the arena and build and mange your website or a micro site bolt on for the event. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Once a final design decision has been made, then we will work hard to manage your build and all pos material so that the construct, installation and exhition all run smoothly and efficiently allowing you to spend your time focusing on the show with little worry about the rest. |

CONSTRUCTION
Once costs have been agreed, finishes have been confirmed and all requirements have been met, our team of experienced contractors will construct the stand ready for installation. Where possible we use FSC approved timber, so we only buy timber from forests which are maintained and replenished, if a more sustainable option is required for sheet material, then we suggest the use of PLY which is not completely eco-friendly, but is a lot less harmful than MDF. We use eco-friendly paints where possible and continually look into using more locally based suppliers so we can reduce transportation and in turn reduce our carbon footprint. At present we are researching into and more eco-friendly alternative to our plastics and adhesives. Currently it is impossible to be 100% ‘Green’ within the construction of a stand/event, but we are working towards a 100% approach for the near future.

INSTALLATION AND DISMANTLING
Once your space has been constructed, we arrange for the installation of the stand into the show. This will coincide with the arrangement of the arrival of all graphics, point of sale literature, furniture and anything else that we have arranged and managed. We will arrange for the dismantling of your stand and removal and transportation of all of the stand and its components. |

STORAGE
Once the stand has been dismantled, we can arrange for the storage of the stand and its components in a secure and convenient location ready for the following exhibition/event that you will be exhibiting add. Alternatively we can arrange for the reuse of components and recyling of the stand if it is no longer required.
